Austin Scarlett Joyeuse wedding gown

Natural waist strapless ballgown. Skirt in layered waves of tulle with Satin Organza piping. This is a BEAUTIFUL dreamy dress that has been worn once. It has been altered to include a corest like back with a panel added with ribbon ries. There is definitely more room for alteration. There are some faint stains/rip (inner tulle). I have hand washed the bottom of the hem but there are some dirt stains on the inner skirt. It is not noticeable when worn. There still may be some faint stains on the bottom but not noticeable. There also maybe some faint makeup stains on the bust/underarm area and I have tried to remove the stains as much as I can. Please see photo or ask for more photos. I do not think it is super noticeable. This dress has been shortened, I am 5'3 and wore 85 mm heels for the wedding. This dress originally came with a inner skirt to make the dress puffier but I did not use it for my Wedding. I will send it with the dress. There might be a rip on the bottom of the inner skirt but I also think it was not a smooth straight cut by the seamstress, I have included the photo but it is hard to see. I have a lot more photos of the dress but couldn't add anymore. Feel free to ask for more photos. If it helps I wear a size 8/10 in Lululemon Sports bras/shirts. I have also used an in home Dry cleaning kit on the kit. Natural waist Approx= 13.5" length from underarm to end of natural waist = 7" bust aprrox=15.5" From Natural waist to from of Hem approx = 41"
