melissagelfand @posh4asik it’s a tough color to assess and depending on the lighting it changes. Some people online say purple and others call it burgundy, maroon or Bordeaux. The person I bought it from called it purple so that’s how I listed it. But this shade has more red than blue in it.

melissagelfand @posh4asik - I added a few more pics with other bags to compare against. It’s closest to the Mulberry tote bag called oxblood. It’s important to note it has a metallic sheen over the color so it sparkles a bit and changes its shade based on the lighting. Hope that helps!
