It says fits chest up to 33” but I wore it and I’m 36” plus it’s roomy also as label also says wear as outer layer or under layer in cold dry climate. It’s a zipper closure with snaps and has multiple pockets and a hood that can be tucked & zipped into collar. Black over pocket name Crumb. No flaws or smells or stains.
