Authentic Black Flapper Sequin Dress 1920s Sequin Flapper Dress Flapper Gown

INCREDIBLE authentic sequin flapper dress with rare black crinoline! There is some minor damage to the underside tulle and side tulle that I have shown in video and photos given the age. This is a show stopper for sure! It is very delicate so please keep this in mind as well. Measurements B: Open, I suggest 39 inches & under. W: 24-32 inches (24 inches attached w/loops. 32 inches if open) H: up to 39 inches Dress Length: 45 inches Tulle Length: 48 inches ** This is the ONLY time I will squeeze this on my mannequin. The shoulders are a bit too wide and it was ROUGH. It caused a few sequins to come loose.
