tundefab Beautiful shoes. Can you tell me why there are no nails on the heels and top parts of the shoes?

elyceheitmann @tundefab flamenco shoes are made both ways. Depending on the surface you dance on. Sometimes a flamenco teacher will instruct a dancer to buy shoes without nails as they can damage certain wood dance floors.

madeleinepoil @elyceheitmann incorrect all authentic flamenco shoes for the purpose of learning, dancing, performing or teaching flamenco HAVE NAILS on both the toe and the heel.

elyceheitmann @madeleinepoil actually, they do come this way as well. I’m in a flamenco class and it was one of my fellow dancer that bought it from Spain. These are authentic.
