This item is in excellent pre-owned condition, does have stains and a pen mark that are very invisible to the eye except on close inspection (see last 5 pictures), and is missing the wrap around belt. The measurement of the chest is 34 inches. The measurement from shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches. Then length of the item from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 31 inches.
