Unfolds and opens to reveal 5 card slots, 2 long bill slots and a space for your checkbook & register. Item is older and does have some wear. The trim is worn and the seam is torn along the trim, especially at the crease. The leather on the inside has some discolorations / water marks. Still useable as it is. Priced low for the flaws.
