csoltwedel Since it was supposedly bought in Frankfurt based on the address on the receipt and bought last year, the store will still have record of the purchase. Their phone is 49 69 27296300. Just a suggestion

csoltwedel Be cautious of this oh so black bag ladies. I know of two people that have been scammed paid money, and bag was never shipped. The scammers use Zelle instead of PPbecause there is no fraud protection with Zelle. Same bag different user name, different phone numbers.
