drag Size 10.5 in usa is 41.5 in europe, not 40.5 and it's 8.5 in uk. I am originaly from Europe and I lived in UK and now live in USA, so I am certain of it.

michy8 @chycgal i just re-measured the boot again bc my calves are also on the thicker side and these ones are a bit loose on me. i originally measured it w/o putting them on but after putting them on, it is 15.25". i think it can be stretched out at the cobbler if you need to.
