@katiezeppenfeld my seamstress used to work at Nordstrom but she open own business . Yes she is very good . You won’t be able to tell much if being altered . It fit me perfect I’m between 36-38 . Most likely 38 : or USA 4. The only reason I am selling I end up only wear once and dry clean put into closet because I live in Oregon . We don’t dress up here all we need just down jacket :-)
