Oversize shoulder if you measure from shoulder line to shoulder line 21” but if measure standard shoulder it is 15.5-16”. Length 24”. Bust 19” from armpit to armpit with zipper up. It can open more when unzip Waist 19” with zipper up Sleeve 21” from lower shoulder line. 23.5” if measure from regular shoulder. There is little shoulder pad on both shoulder. Very nice jacket. I don’t fit anymore I used to wear size 8 and 10 and it fits great. Now it is too big since I lost weight and want to buy smaller jacket I wore couple times and it was in my closet.
