This authentic made in Hawaii, Hawaiian dress is a red and white floral pattern. Wide sleeves and a zip down back. Ruffles at neck and at hem. Dress is in excellent shape. No belt loops. Belted only to show what dress would look like belted. No belt with purchase. Measurement laying flat:Shoulder to shoulder seam:14.5. Waist:20in. Waist to hem: 25in. Fabric is cotton/polyester blend and in a size Small/Medium. This dress has a loose fit and in excellent condition.
