Made in France. Pattern: "Brazil" (Feathers) Printed Enamel and Gold Plated Interior circumference: 7.5 inches Width: apprx 18 mm Condition: New. In original box. (Received as a gift but did not fit, so never worn.) Will come in its original felt pouch with box and ribbon. I also have the original gift receipt.
