Authentic LOUIS VUITTON Rare Sailor Grand Noe XL Travel Bag Monogram Leather

Oh my, this one is rare - and gigantic! The only similar bag I found online is for sale for $4,060. Louis Vuitton Sailor bag in monogram coated canvas with leather trim. Vintage 80s, so pre-date code. Bottom side & strap have logo embossed in leather. Buckles to adjust strap drop. Grommets along the top have a drawstring to cinch the bag. MEASUREMENTS: 10" wide (at bottom), 23" tall & 7.5" deep. CONDITION: I'd say overall fair condition. Bottom leather has darkening, waterspots & rubwear at edges (photos 12 - 15). Leather trim at the sides has dryness & a slight wave/wrinkle (photos 5, 10 & 11). The strap has dryness, darkening, bends from different buckle settings, & some marks here & there (see all photos, especially 9 - 11). The leather at the top rim has darkening & cracks at the sides (photos 6 & 9). Drawstring is worn (photos 6, 8 & 9). Monogram canvas has wrinkling & a bit of fading (see all photos). The hardware has tarnish/oxidation. Interior has minor soiling (photo 6). And the bag has a bit of a musty storage smell. From our SMOKE- and PET-FREE household. :)
