This bag is practically brand new! It was taken out but only used on one occasion for a couple of hours AND had an organizer/protector in it for the couple of hours it was used. No scratches on hardware. No marks on interior and definitely no smells. The canvas is literally still somewhat stiff, meaning it hasn’t been broken in. Even the leather handle is still stiff because it hasn’t been used. Has unpersonalized name tag, but can be taken to a LV store where they can stamp with your initials! Absolutely gorgeous bag!
