Is the paint sticky? Also is where the loop that’s missing have a tear in the bag?

@catania23 There is no tear at the zipper. There is a slight sticky feel that u can feel that it has been painted. It’s not sticky as it feels gross to the touch. You can slide your hand over the paint. I hope this makes sense.
