They are screw-in, so they can be taken off easily if you wanted to replace with different rivets of your choice.* ❤️ This shows many signs of wear and age: tarnishing of brass, dryness/ cracks in vachetta piping and side tabs, loose threads. Vachetta zipper tab is torn on one side. I do not see any cracks in the canvas. Interior has some marks/stains. Kindly examine ALL photos and feel free to ask any questions! This bag is almost 28 years old- I am an honest person and disclose all flaws I can see. Being that this is a vintage item, I could easily overlook something small.
