As of March 2021, Louis Vuitton wallets no longer have date codes, but instead have microchips embedded into them. These microchips contain encrypted information about the item, such as its name and materials, that can only be accessed by LVMH at their boutiques. The chips do not contain any personal information about the customer.
That’s what i found on google. Its brand new but i will look at it when i get home
