is this a medium size? any wear and tear? rips, tears, stains?

@allhoney8019 yes - can fit a tablet, but not a laptop unless it’s a small one. no rips, tears or stains on outside. Inside bottom might have minor staining but nothing noticeable. Measurements are in the description
