lauperfan @marlenaferris - Thanks for your interest. I just took a piece of thin foam (used to wrap breakables) and wrapped it around the inside of the cap, cut it where the sides met, then measured. That came out to 20.5 inches around. Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
