Authentic Russian Fairy Tale Decorative plate "Ruslan and Lyudmila"

On the back of the plate, Russian writing says: 1986 Era Plate No. (number) is the only official release of the work by Palekh artist Gaeva Lyudmila, based on the motives of Alexander Pushkin's poem "Ruslan and Lyudmila." The artist Gaeva Lyudmila created the original work in the traditions of Palekh lacquer miniature painting, using hand-painted details and applying natural gold specifically for this edition. This plate is part of the First Series of Collector Plates: "Russian Fairy Tales," released for the first time in the Soviet Union at the Leningrad Porcelain Factory in a limited edition of 195 firing days.
