Authentic Scottish Billie Kilt

Authentic Scottish kilt ordered directly from Heritage of Scotland. New without tags. Tartan is Parkhead District. Waist 27-28 in. Size is 10 (FITS LIKE U.S. SIZE 2-4 or XS/S). Wide waistband has two buckles and Velcro to adjust the fit. Nonsmoking home. The size is a UK 10, but I would estimate a US 2-4 or XS/S. Approx. 17.5 in. long. Fabric is a good weight - 65% viscose & 35% acetate fiber. I have bought several kilts from this company and they hold up well.
