Authentic Scottish kilt wool

I bought this kilt while in Scotland a long time ago. I never wore it. It’s a very nice wool. I believe it’s the tartan of the Lindsay clan. It has Velcro and buckle to fasten it. It wraps around. It has two small holes in the back. I’m not sure how they got there. It says size 12 on the tag but I was a size 6 when I bought it. I’m a size 12 now and it doesn’t fit. The width is 14.5 inches. 23 inches long.
