The KOIO.com site provides two different conversion charts: on the first, it shows size 42 EU converts to a size 9. In the other, it shows a size 41 EU converts to a size 11 (meaning a 42 would be a size 12). Both this pair of Koio and another pair of M Gemi (also Italian) say they’re size 42. And yet lining them up side by side with my On Cloud 5 runners size 10.5 shows all 3 pairs are the same physical size. If you’re a US 10.5, you should be size 42 EU, at least in this instance.
