jamiereale @kamoni hi..the chain is about 12 inches i believe. Im not home now but i can measure when i get home if you are interested. When worn the heart hits the top of the breast bone if that helps. No box or pouch...lost in a move...sorry...but i do have alternate pouches and boxes.
