Authentic Unique New Mexico dress

I bought this dress at a boutique in Clovis, New Mexico, there were many dresses that were a similar style but all were one of a kind, this is a very special dress but it’s a shame for it to sit in my closet. Sleeves flare out. Tried on once but never worn Shoulder to hem: 32.5in
