Authentic Victorian Black Cape

Authentic Victorian Black Cape This is a beautiful black, Victorian cape. It is 16 inches long. The neck is trimmed with dark brown silk ruffles. It is lined in a red fabric. The black fabric is in excellent condition for it’s 100+ years. The lining has some small holes and discoloration, but it is still a beautiful piece and is wearable. It hooks at the neck with two hook and eye closures. It is kind of a small neck, but one could add a ribbons to the neck and tie the ribbons instead of hooking to make it a larger size.
