From the 1990's, this dress is such a bright funky abstract print, in shades of blue and green with touches of white throughout. Its made of super velvety feeling fabric (90% polyester, 10% spandex.) Measurements are approx: •Halter straps are 15" long. •Dress is 20" wide (measured bottom hem). •27" long (measured in the back, center). •Bust is 14" across (measured seam to seam).
