Authentic Vintage 90s Black Velvet Skirt size 0

Ride along the 90s chic grunge trend with an actual midnight black velvet skirt. This high waisted piece hits about 2 inches off the knee. The back has a little peek a boo slit :) says size 4 but it fits like a size 0 with a waist of 24 inches. 20 inches fron waist to bottom. Made in the USA!
