This is a previously owned and used item with signs of use, fading of material/plating/hardware and scratches. Notable signs of use are found along the piping and edges, tarnishing of hardware notably on the strap. The bag has lost some of its structure at the bottom as you can see from the images where it lifts up. I tried to account for this in the price as it's listed $6000 to $9000 at other retailers. I wouldn't consider this a defect as I bought it in this condition and it didn't hinder the performance for me. Otherwise beautifully preserved in my opinion for lambskin leather nearly 35 years old. I'd describe this bag as medium/large and a great everyday bag. This heritage piece was produced during the iconic Karl Lagerfeld Era and highly collectible. They simply don't make them like this anymore. Personally, I only buy Chanel from this era.
