In fair condition the bag it self is in good condition but the handle inside is worn from sitting NOT carrying in side where the hoop is as soon in the pictures that's why it very low you can replace the strap I have asked a leather care specialist and he said the handle could be replaced if ever came a loose or broken. For about $25 the bag was $300
