Black and white handmade probably acetate dress. Amazing condition. Remember this is handmade and probably 70-80 years old and has been worn at some point. Built in white slip. Bust has room for larger than me but I don’t think it is meant to be tight/fitted bust. Shirring gathering, layers. Bow in the back snaps across the back zipper. I wear a 4 in most clothes and this fits me. 5ft 7 and 34b modeling. I have had it for years & love it but didn't wear. Black roses! Measurements in comments

dianeea @copycat51 Hi I would say this fits like a modern size 4. Here are the measurements: Shoulder to hem 44" Across waist 14" Armpit to armpit 18" darts at bust so can fit a fuller bust than me (34B)
