Autograph Velvet Skirt with Slip Goth/Romantic

Gorgeous flowy and swooshy romantic goth velvet skirt. Wear it to the graveyard or the hot new vampire nightclub. Everyday Victorian elegance, or the perfect touch to your Halloween costume. The overskirt is black velvet with bands of lace, and there is a satiny underskirt underneath. It's nice and warm during the cold holiday months. I see three flaws on this- there is a small rub in the velvet, if you're wearing it this would be somewhere near your right hip, 3.5" from the waistband. The second is a much smaller rub in the velvet near the zipper. The third flaw is that the seam between the fabric and zipper is a little separated at the top. I've included pics of the larger velvet flaw and the zipper. The zipper seam issue is fixable, but the flaw in the velvet isn't. I don't remember exactly when I received this, but I'm pretty sure it was a Christmas gift somewhere around 2003 or 04. Laid flat measurements: Waist: 16.5" Length: 31" long, 34" if you include the lace band at the bottom. Hem of slip: 29" Hem of overskirt: 105" No cigarettes in my house but I do have a cat.
