Flat lay on one side, armpit to armpit is about 18 inches. Top of neckline to bottom hem is about 29 inches. Short! Adjustable straps and lined. I’m pretty sure the spots are navy but they might be black. It’s really hard to tell. I’m not sure nice condition.
