Avalon Classics Inc red & white polka dot balloon sleeve full length dress 10

Beautiful red dress. Union made in the USA. New, no tags, never worn. Vintage ‘80’s dress. Sleeves and front top have a ladder lace sewn in, this has no lining behind it. Skirt is fully lined. White buttons have some red color transfer. Reminds me of a Pretty Woman polo dress.
