@lori_ferguson not true. It's never been used. Companies don't fill bottles to the top to allow for air you just squeezed it all to the bottom to make it appear used. I have 10 of them why would I use it when I have ten of my own(: go to aveda and hold both bottle in your hand and you will see it's the same weight (:

@lori_ferguson word of advice don't ever buy anything from aveda or hair care etc. You clearly aren't familiar with aveda but there is no plastic on any part of the product as you stated as your reasoning.
