minerva99 Hi! They are both treatments for frizzy hair. Both are applied to clean damp hair. Perfect blow dry is a spray that is heat activated meaning it works with the heat of the blow dryer. Style-prep smoother is a leave in serum that can be used with or without blow drying. Hope this helps!
