Avenue Lightweight Short Sleeve Blouse

Beautiful lightweight blouse. Black with pink and orange dots. The care tag is missing but the fabric feels like either rayon or soft polyester. I machine wash cold and tumble dry low heat. I wouldn't suggest ironing, but it doesn't wrinkle. 25" from nape of neck to bottom hem 23.5" across the chest
