Avenue M short black dress with wrap around belt

Never worn short black dress, size M, with wrap around belt with gold belt loop. Back top of dress is like a chiffon mesh, and skirt part of dress is lined. Sleeves are long and wide with slit up half way the arm (I tried to show that effect in the third (3rd) picture.) Pet- and smoke-free home. Will accept any and all reasonable offers.
