Very nice Avenue Studio hooded light jacket with full zipper and draw string. Size 14-16. It has a button on the sleeves but just for decoration can not be unbuttoned. Zips all the way down and has a draw string at the waist. And the hood has netting on the inside. No idea why. It is very stretchy. Measurement are pit to pit 23-1/2” Length 28” Arms are button up 25-1/2” Bright blue tote
