Avon created this dual purpose piece in 1993 as part of Avon's "American Spirit" collection. This is set in a highly detailed silver-tone metal. The pendant has four diamond shaped faux turquoise lucite stones and four teardrop shaped faux coral lucite stones. In the center is a diamond shaped opening.
