Avon Waffle Panel Rhinestone Flower Blossom Brooch

The brooch presented by Avon, circa 1980, pays tribute with its own rendition. Sapphire blue "invisibly set" waffle panels pop amid brilliant clear chaton rhinestones. The flower blossom designs are done in silver tone. The brooch is approximately 2 inches across with a 1/4 inch profile or height. Waffle panels are about 14 millimeters x 11 millimeters; most rhinestones, 3 and 4 millimeters. Condition is excellent vintage. All components are original and intact. All blue waffle panels retain consistent color and luster. All "white" rhinestone uniformly clear and brilliant. No off or dead stones. No chips, nicks, cracks, or breaks to panels or stones. No dents or improper bends to metal components. Silver tone finish intact. The brooch is signed on reverse: "AVON" and manufacturing code "OS."
