Avon vintage 1989 golden hearts bracelet

This is a 1989 vintage golden hearts bracelet. The box says it is a size large. But it does not look very large. As you can see in the pictures I took the measurements of the chain. This item is New and unused in original box. (however box is somewhat worn as seen in pictures)
