Awesome 90s pinstripe blazer with finge sleeves

I bought this from my favorite vintage dealer years ago, and am looking for find it a new home! Gives me country Beyoncé vibes. The button was a later addition so it doesn’t fit in the hole. Size large, retail was $70 asking $35 OBO. I would say the color is between navy and black.
