Bottom chest sheer maxi to layer over shorts or dress. Dress up or down. Nice tassel trim on tie front. Cute little round buttons which go just to waist. Gathered mid section. 3/4 sleeves which are elasticized. Flowing chiffon with a muted earth tone print. My daughter purchased and wore it to a concert dry cleaned it hanging ever since.
