These pants are in style now. The wide flaring bottom measures 24”. They are 100% polyester. There is no stretch in Waist and hip areas. I have small, medium and large. They all have a 24” wide bottom. Small has 13” waist, 29” inseam Medium has 14” waist, 29.5 inseam Large has 15” waist, 30” inseam
