It is blue, pink, cream, black, & purple in color. The fabric is thin-pleated, a bit silky, opaque / not see-through, lightweight, and not stretchy / has no stretch. The waistband is made from a cream colored textured fabric, it has purple ribbons lining the top and bottom edge, as well as two purple ribbon “bows” on each side. The backside of the waistband is elastic so it is stretchy. The top layer is thin-pleated, it has a detailed “Paris, France Fairytale” theme! The print features flowers / florals, birdcages, french text in cursive, traditional french buildings / houses, bows / ribbons, gemstones / crystals, cupcakes, cherries, macarons, keys, cats, & a faux layered lace edge. It does have a liner / is lined. The liner is made from a kind of silky, thin, light blue fabric. It has a cream colored scalloped floral mesh-lace edge that peeks out from under the top layer.
