Ayres by E. Eysen brand Neiman Marcus brand Vintage dress gorgeous teal color wrap style top V neck pleated fabric half sleeves elastic waist stretchy adjustable fabric tie waist belt no fabric tag but is a silk type feel (prob poly but not sure since it is a higher end brand) no size tag- but I am a busty size 12 and it fits but tight. Would ideally fit a 10 I think or smaller 12. Measurements are included. All measurements are unstretched. It does have stretch to it. *I did notice after taking pics there is a couple of stitches on the waist that are coming undone- can easily be stitched back or worn as is since the belt would cover it.
