EUC. Worn only once for an event. Made in USA. 🇺🇸 Top piece is sequined over black background with black ribbon to tie around neck in halter fashion. Bottom skirt piece flares out at bottom. Difficult to show in photos but underlaying inside skirt has ample black netting for fullness. Both pieces zip close in back. Tag says “medium” size but I would say this is definitely a small that would fit ladies size 2. Measuring tape shows inches for reference. Stored in smoke-free home! No odors. No rips, stains, no flaws. Perfect for prom.
