I love this dress! Is the dirt just on the bottom at the hem or is it higher up too? Can you also share your measurements so I can know if it would fit me?

@chelseajamie797 the dirt is just at the very bottom. It was hemmed to the prefect length so it wasn’t dragging. I wear pants size 27inch. Chest is between 30 & 32 inches. I’m 5 3.
